At GVU we appreciate the unique financial needs that may impede the payment of college expenses.

Payment Plan I:

One-Payment plan option is full payment at the beginning of the academic year. This does not incur a processing fee.

Payment Plan II:

A Two-Payment Plan in which a 50% down payment is made at the beginning of the academic year, and the balance is paid on or before the middle of the academic year; there is no processing fee in this plan.

Payment Plan III:

Students pay for the courses they register for two weeks before the start of each Term. This method of payment incurs a $100.00 annual processing fee.

1. Direct Money Transfer:

International Students may pay through a Direct Money Transfer as follows:

  1. Make a copy of our account details as shown in the enrollment agreement
  2. Submit the above mentioned banking details to your bank along with how much you want to pay
  3. Your bank shall process the transaction for you and give you a receipt
  4. Scan your receipt and send it to us

2.Checks and Money Orders:

Both of U.S.A. and overseas students can make bank drafts or checks cut from a USA located bank. Money orders can be issued from any post office in the U.S.A. Overseas students may ask at the post office if money order service is provided to U.S.A.

3. Direct Cash Deposit:

Western Union /Money Express option is also available on the request of student.

4. Direct Cash Deposit:

  1. Make a copy of our account details as shown in your enrollment agreement
  2. Submit banking details to your bank along with how much you want to deposit
  3. Your bank shall process the transaction for you and give you a receipt
  4. Email a scan of your payment receipt to us or hand deliver the original to admission if you're physically available at main campus
